Great service, extremely reasonable pricing, and quick! I called about a wheel bearing needing to be replaced, dropped the car off the next morning, and was able to pick up my car by 2:45 that day. They also warned me about another bearing that will need to be replaced in a few months which I really appreciated. They're awesome!

2 yrs later update, they are still amazing. Had moved and took my car somewhere different and a repair estimate seemed way off. Came out of my way to bring it back East Ave and there was a 1000$ difference between the crooks and East Aves estimate. So again, they're honest and do solid work. Cannot recommend enough. Honest, solid work

Thank you so much Ralph for squeezing me in on a Sunday afternoon and patching up my tire. I was desperately calling around to see who could help me. I called a mobile mechanic who was tied up but told me that his buddy at East Ave could help me out and to make my way there. My tire had a slow leak and was drivable. Ralph was really kind and a pleasure to chat with. Loved being able to see him work on the tire. I will be back for sure! Worth the short drive and hopefully next time it's a scheduled appointment vs a weekend emergency. Thank you again!

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable shop - they care about their customers. Shout out to Morgan for diagnosing and fixing a tire that went flat in just a couple of hours. Reasonable prices as well. Appreciate you, EAA!

I bought a 2005 BMW for my daughter who recently got her license and saw on the carfax report that the original owner had gotten regular service at East Ave Auto, so after I took the car to another service shop for an alignment, and they said they couldn’t do it without ordering and installing new parts, I took it to East Ave Auto. They were able to do the alignment (they indicated that it took extra time due to rust) but got the job done at a reasonable cost. I’ll definitely be going back as needed for service for any other cars in my family that need service recommending their shop to family and friends.

The guys there were so attentive and the service was as cheap as I imagine they could make it. Had to get towed there and the staff inside helped make an awful day less awful. They also took a look around the engine and let me know about stuff that will become a problem in the future, which was so thoughtful! I’ll definitely be back for regular service!

Many thanks to Ralph for making the horrible start to my day do a 360 when he took care of my deflated tire in less than 20 minutes. Literally saved the day for me! So fortunate to be near a service station that provides such friendly, efficient, and expert car repair and maintenance.

East Ave Auto is the best place to take your car in the city! All the guys there are trustworthy, honest and kind. They are knowledgeable, will not price gouge you, and will get any work needed to be done on your car fast and well. Shoutout to Morgan today for removing a screw out of my tire and patching it up on the spot for me! Would 100% recommend them to any of my friends or family.

Major shout out to the guys at this auto shop for dealing with me today as I spastically sped into the parking lot with a suddenly deflating tire straight off of 490 without an appointment (or a single brain cell) rushing through barely a coherent statement with a very uncool and panicky voice. They were able to patch my tire on the spot while juggling rush hour gas pumping and ACTUAL customers/calls. They did this very inexpensively and truly made my manic Monday end well. I would go back for work there for sure and definitely recommend them now.
